NW6360 is a high accuracy, low noise, high speed, low-dropout CMOS Linear regulator with high ripple rejection. It is equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS), available in fixed output voltages between 0.6V and 3.6V,with 50mV per step. NW6360 is capable of driving up to 600mA. Therefore, NW6360 offers a new level of cost-effective performance in cellular phones, laptop and other devices.
